This is a Proto heavy duty rolling cabinet. It is made of 18 gauge steel and it is red in color. The overall width is 27 inches, the overall depth is 18 inches, and the overall height is 42 inches. It has 7 drawers and the drawer capacity is 200 pounds. We have inspected this item and the drawers open/close. It has keys and the locking mechanism appears to be functioning properly. There are some dents/bends around the back, top, and sides. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches around the outside of the cabinet. Please refer to the photos for more information.
